After the first phase achieved breakthrough results, Zhiou Home seized the momentum and deepened cooperation with Soonfor Software, officially opening the second phase of the digitalization project. At the supplier conference held on March 15, the digital ecology baton handover ceremony was grandly carried out. At present, all work for the second phase has been fully launched and is advancing at an accelerated pace.

Han Dong, PMO manager of the Soonfor project, gave a detailed introduction to the composition of the Soonfor project team and the division of responsibilities, and explained key points that require attention during project implementation, helping all project members clarify responsibilities and grasp priorities to ensure the smooth advancement of the project.
