He said that the primary reason for promoting the MES project is to keep pace with the development of partners. At the same time, digital management has become the industry norm. The launch of this Intelligent Manufacturing MES Project aims to build an end-to-end digital production management system. Project implementation covers the PMC department, production department, and material warehouse, running through core links including plan release, workshop dispatching, workstation reporting, and PDA application in the material warehouse.

Liao Zhanmao, project manager of Soonfor Software, introduced the project implementation scope, implementation plan, and milestones in detail at the meeting. He said the project will focus on digital implementation at the production execution layer, using the MES system to connect breaks between planning and execution and help Zhongji Furniture realize transparent production, refined management, and data-driven decision-making.
