Recently, DIOUS Group and Soonfor Software jointly completed the full implementation of an intelligent manufacturing project. From model reshaping and system reconstruction to transformation of the original workshop, and then to the launch of a brand-new system, rapid trial production, and successful mass production, the entire process took only seven months. Efficiency increased by 300 percent, three times faster than the industry average. This is not only a production-line upgrade, but also a key step for DIOUS toward becoming a new benchmark in intelligent manufacturing for commercial furniture.

Strategic launch, drawing the blueprint for intelligent manufacturing

DIOUS Furniture Group's product layout is centered on office furniture and covers five major commercial furniture sectors: hotel furniture, healthcare and elderly care furniture, education furniture, and display furniture.

In February this year, the launch conference for the DIOUS intelligent manufacturing project was grandly held amid high expectations. This was not merely the beginning of a project, but also a strategic declaration for the future. At the project launch meeting, DIOUS executives and the project team gathered together and solemnly pledged to build a benchmark intelligent factory for the industry.

At the conference, leaders from both sides took a far-sighted view and clarified the far-reaching significance of the project for enhancing DIOUS's core competitiveness. They outlined a grand blueprint for using digitalization to break through information silos and build a transparent and efficient intelligent factory. After intense system development, data import, process testing, and personnel training, the DIOUS intelligent manufacturing system reached the critical moment of official launch in September this year. This was not only a technical switch, but also a comprehensive transformation involving production, management, and operations. The project team overcame many challenges and ensured seamless connection between the new system and the production lines.

With the successful system switchover and stable operation, the most exciting moment arrived: the mass-production target was successfully achieved. The realization of this milestone not only verified the reliability and efficiency of the new system, but also marked a qualitative leap in DIOUS's manufacturing capability from traditional to intelligent.

Recently, the Outstanding Supplier Commendation Conference for the DIOUS Furniture Intelligent Manufacturing Project was held, bringing the entire project to a successful conclusion. At the ceremony, both sides jointly reviewed the journey from launch to mass production and systematically displayed the fruitful results achieved by the project. It not only doubled per-capita efficiency and made product quality more stable and reliable, but also brought significant optimization of overall costs.

At the meeting, Soonfor Software was awarded an honorary banner reading Exquisite Technology, Thoughtful Service.
