Automated assembly lines ran smoothly, and under the skilled operation of workers, smooth and flat panels were completed in orderly sequence. Soon, these panels will be shipped to Sichuan, Chongqing, and other places, and even cross the ocean to Vietnam, becoming high-quality base materials for customized furniture.

"This January, we have two containers of panels that will soon be shipped to Vietnam," said Gui Baoyi, chairman of the company. Over the past year, the company achieved cumulative integrated production and sales revenue of RMB 340 million, with export value exceeding RMB 2. million, marking a leap in international business from zero to stable operation.

Behind the booming production and sales is solid support from the production process. In the Chinese fir panel workshop, team leader Li Feng carefully checks every process. "Our workshop currently maintains a daily output of 4,000 to 5,000 sheets," Li Feng said. During production, particular attention is paid to quality control of sanding and repair processes to ensure that every panel meets high standards.

While production runs efficiently, the workshop's annual maintenance work is also being carried out in an orderly manner. "We conduct inspection, repair, and upgrades in batches and stages, which basically does not affect normal production," Gui Baoyi added. The company is also taking this opportunity to carry out technical transformation and efficiency improvement, laying a solid foundation for further leaps in capacity and quality.

As a provincial specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative little giant enterprise and green factory, Linsheng Wood Industry has obtained multiple patents through continuous innovation. Today, it not only produces panels. Branches, scraps, sawdust, and other wood residues are also converted into biomass pellet fuel or biomass charcoal raw materials, truly realizing a circular economy model that extracts full value from every tree.
