Software functions:
The above inventory management software products do not differ much in terms of software functions. Invoicing and inventory software mainly covers purchasing, sales, and inventory management, and all four products include these. Using any of these four pieces of software to manage inventory can satisfy functional requirements. Among them, Suda has the most functions, and the distribution management and customer relationship functions it includes are not available in the other few products. Suda software also has an advantage in payroll calculation functions. Overall, the functions included in Suda are more comprehensive.

In terms of ease of use, Shagua Invoicing and Inventory was truly a pleasant surprise.
After-sales service:

For after-sales service, we evaluated customer-service online hours, professionalism, and response speed. The software products compared all have a certain reputation in the industry, and they all support multiple contact methods such as 400 hotlines, online customer service, and QQ customer service. If there is anything users do not understand, they can also request remote assistance from customer service. Among them, Shagua Invoicing and Inventory had the fastest customer-service response and the longest online hours, reaching 7x11.5. hours, while the response speed and online duration of the other products were around eight hours. Overall, the after-sales service of these products is very strong compared with that of other software companies.


Inventory Management Software


Scalability:

Scalability is mainly compared in terms of whether the software supports value-added functions such as online store integration, mobile operation, and cloud services. Among these products, Jindou Cloud and the online version of Guanjia Po benefit from strong brand recognition and from the fact that online store connection interfaces are currently open only to the B/S model, so their value-added services are more comprehensive. Both support online store integration and mobile operation. The other two products do not support online store integration, but both support mobile services. However, Shagua Invoicing and Inventory uses a web-based query service, and it does not currently support mobile order creation. Ifyou need mobile operation, you will need to purchase the company's higher-end Kelin ERP software. As for cloud services, B/S architecture software naturally stores data in the cloud in real time, so there is no need to say more. Suda and Shagua Invoicing and Inventory can also purchase cloud backup or cloud storage services separately on an annual basis.

The above four products are relatively good inventory management software options. The importance of inventory management software to an enterprise's daily operation hardly needs to be emphasized.If you have your own store on JD.com or Taobao, it is recommended to use Jindou Cloud or Guanjia Po. However, note that both products are B/S architecture and are charged annually.
