At the kickoff meeting, Li Zhibo, director of Ziel Home, reviewed the cooperation journey between the two sides in depth. In his speech, General Manager Hua of Weiz emphasized that this project is a key campaign for the enterprise to move toward a "standardized, visualized, and predictable" intelligent manufacturing system. Phase I of the project will focus on four core capabilities: standardization of personnel operations and visualization of efficiency, improvement of raw material kitting rate and procurement accuracy, real-time monitoring and traceability of online quality data, and intelligent early warning for inventory turnover and sluggish inventory risks.

Han Dong, PMO manager of the Soonfor project, introduced the project team structure and division of responsibilities, and clarified key points for attention during implementation. Implementation consultant Chen Zongping provided a detailed analysis of the advancement plan for each key stage. At the meeting, the Soonfor project team stated that it would provide full-process support through the PMO mechanism to ensure the successful implementation of the digitalization project.

Cao Weitao, IT project manager of Ziel, elaborated on the project's vision, goals, and overall blueprint, systematically explained the project scope and implementation plan, and emphasized: "This is not only a system go-live, but also a reshaping of organizational capabilities."
