Introduction to Hebei Home

Hebei (Ningbo) Home Co., Ltd. is the Asian operation center of Dutch cross-border e-commerce enterprise vidaXL. It mainly operates more than 60,000 SKUs across furniture, garden and outdoor products, sports and leisure, tools, and other categories, with supply chains covering China and Vietnam. Relying on vidaXL's sales network in more than 30 countries worldwide, the company has maintained rapid growth in recent years and has become one of the fastest-growing emerging enterprises in the Netherlands.

However, rapid growth has also brought management challenges: R&D processes are scattered, orders rely on manual checking, and production scheduling depends on experience, resulting in inefficient cross-department collaboration, inconsistent data, and unstable delivery.

We do not lack orders. What we lack is a digital foundation that supports efficient circulation of thousands of SKUs and tens of thousands of orders, said General Manager Chen of Hebei. For this reason, the company introduced Soonfor Software's three major systems, PLM, OMS, and APS, to connect the full chain of R&D, sales, and production, and build a standardized, automated, and traceable intelligent operation system.

Establish an intelligent order engine that automatically generates product structures and process data through attribute selection, automatically identifies repeat-order versions, completely says goodbye to manual comparison, and makes order processing fast and accurate.

Deploy an intelligent scheduling brain that dynamically combines orders and balances allocation based on real capacity, maximizes equipment utilization, and significantly improves on-time order delivery.
