In December, total retail sales of consumer goods reached 4.5136 trillion yuan, up 0.9. percent year on year. For full-year 2025, total retail sales reached 50.1202 trillion yuan, up 3.7. percent from the previous year.

Among them, retail sales of furniture totaled RMB 20.7. billion in December, down 2.2. percent year on year; cumulative retail sales from January to December reached RMB 209.2. billion, up 14.6. percent year on year.

In addition, retail sales of building and decoration materials totaled RMB 17.2. billion in December, down 11.8. percent year on year; cumulative retail sales from January to December reached RMB 167.1. billion, down 2.7. percent year on year.
