According to information from the Ganzhou Municipal People's Government, at the beginning of the new year, furniture industry project construction in Nankang District got off to a strong start. Three key projects, namely the Wenhua Jiarui Furniture Industrial Park, the Kangsheng Furniture New Expo Center, and the Jiangzao High-End Customized Furniture Production Project, started construction one after another, with total investment exceeding RMB 830 million. This demonstrates the district's determination to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and strive to become a development leader.

As among the first local furniture enterprise support and strengthening projects in Nankang District, the three projects each have distinctive characteristics and will strongly enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.

1. The Wenhua Jiarui Furniture Industrial Park project started construction on January 13, with total investment of RMB 130 million and a land area of 17.65 mu. The project will build multi-story industrial factory buildings and production lines, focusing on whole-case design, lifestyle hall operations, and imported material trade. Its annual revenue is expected to exceed RMB 300 million.

2. The Kangsheng Furniture New Expo Center project started construction on January 16, covering 23.8. mu with total investment of about RMB 600 million. The project is committed to building a modern intelligent industrial platform integrating brand display, transaction settlement, design release, e-commerce services, and other functions, aiming to become a core engine connecting Nankang furniture with the global market.

3. The Jiangzao High-End Customized Furniture Production Project started construction on the same day. It is also a key support and strengthening project, with total investment of RMB 100 million and a land area of 14.3. mu. The project will focus on the production of children's furniture, customized furniture, and supply chain products, with annual revenue expected to exceed RMB 100 million, further enriching Nankang's furniture product system.

In recent years, Nankang District has always adhered to the real economy as its foundation and regarded the furniture industry as a key lever for building a modern industrial system. The intensive start of these projects is a concrete practice of the district's strategy to support and strengthen outstanding enterprises and promote the industry's transformation toward intelligence and high-end development. The Nankang District Industrial Cluster Development Center said it will set up dedicated service teams and provide full-chain precise services to help enterprises move forward with fewer burdens, focus on development, and build a solid industrial foundation for the district's connotative high-quality development.
