Fucheng Industrial (Hainan) Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive modern enterprise integrating agriculture, animal husbandry, food processing, deep wood processing, and other businesses. Headquartered in Hebei, the company entered Tunchang four years ago to lay out industrial development. To accelerate the construction of Tunchang County's deep forestry and wood processing industrial zone, the company invested 50 million yuan in the Fucheng deep wood processing plant project, which has been completed and put into operation in Datong Industrial Park. The project not only fills a local gap in imported raw material processing, but also injects strong momentum into high-quality county-level economic development through a dual industrial chain layout.

Inside the workshop of Fucheng Industrial (Hainan) Co., Ltd.'s deep wood processing plant, machines roar and workers perform their duties as cutting, processing, handling, and other procedures connect in an orderly manner, creating a busy production scene. After precise processing on automated production lines, various types of wood are neatly stacked by area and will be processed into high-quality furniture products according to customer orders, maximizing the value of raw materials.

Fucheng Industrial (Hainan) Co., Ltd.'s fine wood processing plant is located in Tunchang County's Datong Industrial Park and integrates board manufacturing, furniture production, and sales. In October 2024, the company took the lead in launching the fine processing of imported logs, introducing 120 tons of acacia wood from Australia for local processing. This marked Tunchang's breakthrough from zero in imported raw material processing under the guidance of its industrial spatial layout of one park, three zones, and two centers, injecting new vitality into the upgrading of the county's forestry industry.

According to reports, Fucheng Industrial (Hainan) Co., Ltd. will import 9,000 tons of timber from Australia each year in the future, generating annual output value of 40 million yuan after fine processing. At the same time, it will deeply tap the potential of local resources, use Hainan rubberwood to enrich its product matrix, expand furniture and decorative panel categories, and undertake annual orders of up to 40,000 cubic meters, with products sold to Sichuan, Jiangxi, and many other provinces.

At present, the factory not only undertakes the manufacturing of classical furniture from imported logs, but has also added a new Chinese-style furniture production line, directly driving stable employment for 120 people nearby and effectively achieving the development goal of building one project, promoting one industry, and enriching one community.
