Zhang Wei, head of production at Jiangsu Deluni Smart Home Co., Ltd., introduced: At present, the workshop has achieved full 5G network coverage, and devices can conduct ultra-high-speed conversations with each other. Production capacity has increased 40 percent, labor costs have decreased 50 percent, and panel utilization has reached more than 92 percent.

At Deluni, every panel entering the production process has its own digital identity card, a QR code. From cutting, edge banding, and drilling to sorting and packaging, full-process processing information is stored in the QR code. Equipment reads the information by scanning the code and realizes automated processing, effectively saving various costs and reducing resource waste. Ma Tian, an employee of Jiangsu Deluni Smart Home Co., Ltd., told reporters: In the past, one or two people operated one machine. Now one person can operate two or even more machines, efficiency has improved three to five times, and the work is easier.

At present, Deluni's intelligent applications have extended to front-end design and customer service. By cooperating with software companies to develop systems, the enterprise has realized automatic drawing, automatic rendering, and one-click ordering. Design efficiency and order-taking capability have improved more than three times compared with traditional models, enabling faster and more accurate customized solutions for customers.

Digital factories run with visible results

Deluni's intelligent practice has also driven coordinated upgrading among upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain. At Jiangsu Oulin Smart Home Co., Ltd., production data is displayed in real time on a visual monitoring platform, clearly reflecting the operating status of intelligent production lines. Compared with traditional production lines, the number of workers here has been reduced by half, while production efficiency has increased threefold. It is understood that this year the enterprise also plans to carry out intelligent transformation of the packaging link at the end of the production line, realizing full-process intelligent production.

Liu Zhongcheng, an employee of Jiangsu Oulin Smart Home Co., Ltd., said: This production line is an intelligent production line built to Industry 4.0. standards. It has a high degree of automation, requires fewer workers, and makes work much easier than before.
