1. Intelligent Production Scheduling

Intelligent production scheduling for machining workshops arranges production time and production equipment one by one for process-level single-piece production tasks. Intelligent production scheduling uses metaheuristic algorithms based on evolutionary iteration, such as genetic algorithms, SPO algorithms, and differential evolution, to optimize scheduling results. The algorithm inputs include order data and process data. The main information in order data includes part drawing number, production quantity, and planned delivery time. Process data includes the process information used to produce the part, including the process route made up of each process, the equipment and tooling required for each process, the actual machining time or simulated machining time required for each process and work step, and the tools required for each work step. Based on these inputs, advanced production scheduling algorithms combine workshop resource status, including equipment, materials, and tools, to perform advanced production scheduling under finite resource constraints, effectively improving equipment utilization in the workshop.

2. Material Kitting

The process information of parts defines the sub-plates and fixtures required for each process, as well as the tools required for each work step. The production preparation module in the MOM system can prepare a production preparation package based on this data. For machining, the production preparation package is divided into clamping preparation and tool preparation. For clamping preparation, based on the sub-plates and fixture types defined by the process, the corresponding materials are requested from the warehousing module, the parts are clamped, and then delivered to designated equipment according to the production plan. For tool preparation, based on the tool models and use time required for each work step, corresponding tool outbound instructions are sent to the tool library. After tool presetting is completed, all tools required for one process are delivered to the designated equipment. Clamping preparation and tool preparation together realize material kitting for machining workshops and can effectively ensure on-time production.

3. Automated Logistics Scheduling

Process documents define the machining route of parts, and the binding between each process and equipment defines the logistics path of parts in the workshop. During workshop production and operation, the MOM system carries out material circulation according to the logistics path defined by the process. For machining workshops, automated workshop logistics are mainly divided into two parts: transfer logistics between production units and loading and unloading logistics from production units to equipment. Through integration with transfer AGV systems and loading and unloading AGV systems, the MOM system sends corresponding logistics instructions to the two systems according to the logistics path defined by the process, completing automated logistics scheduling for the workshop.
